Gen Lao’d

“Gen Lao’d is a digital platform aimed to raise awareness of Lao narratives. This publication gathers stories told by Lao ethnic folks, made into the form of short documentaries.

As a community coming from the diaspora, our voices are often left forgotten and unheard. This can cause trails of unaddressed trauma and identity barriers for the past, present, and future generations. With cravings for visibility, may these stories provide a sense of hope, inspiration, and healing.”
